Lajatico (Pisa). Located in the heart of Tuscany, home of beauty and well-being, we offer, within a residential complex, consisting of only three residential units with shared and private entrance, a central terraced house, in a typical stone structure, perched on a hill which dominates the entire valley, in a central position to visit the most famous places of this beautiful region, synonymous with art, peace and tranquility but also with eating well and drinking well. The house, of 145 m2, is composed as follows: on the ground floor, where we access it via a private paved courtyard, we find the dining area with kitchenette, a windowed bathroom with tub and the living room with fireplace, which leads to the private garden and at the shared pass to enter the shared park where we also find the shared swimming pool; on the first floor a double bedroom with private bathroom, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with window and tub and shower; finally we have the basement with access via a spiral staircase located in the living room.

The architectural project wanted to preserve the characteristic style of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses using quality and recycled materials, combined with the comforts of the latest generation technology.
